SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Local Fair ships to all 50 states

  • STANDARD $7.95 Flat Rate Shipping

  • Free shipping is offered on orders $50 or more 

  • Standard service is provided via the United States Postal Service. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is mailed so that you can track your order

  • Orders placed on Friday after 12 pm ET or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday

BUY ONLINE, PICK UP IN STORE

  • You can pick up online orders directly at our store in Jim Thorpe, PA. And the best part about it is it's free (plus you get to meet us;)

Here's how it works:

  • Shop LocalFairJT.com

  • Select "In-Store Pick up" during checkout and complete checkout.

  • You'll get an email confirmation of your purchase with instructions on when to pick up your order (same day usually - except days we are closed obviously!).

  • Once your purchase is ready (we're talking hours not days here!), we'll send you an email to let you know your purchase is ready for pickup.

  • If you haven't heard from us after 2 days, please call us at 1.484.464.2226 and let us know.

  • Currently, our In-Store Pickup option is unavailable at non-Jim Thorpe locations.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • All deliveries are pending approval and merchandise availability.

  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday.

  • We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

  • Watch for an email from us after placing your order. We may need additional information to process your order.

  • Local Fair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our products are mostly sourced from local artists and artisans, which means that they are genuine originals and one-of-a-kind. For this reason we do not offer any return policy and all sales are final.

If you buy a product in-store and return the same day, we may be able to offer a like-for-like exchange, if the item you purchased still has its sales tag, you have a receipt of sale and the product is in perfect condition. For example, if you purchased item A in red and return the same day and want item A in blue instead, we will try our very best to accommodate you, depending on available inventory.
